Mango Mastani is a simple and delicious dessert drink. It is nothing but a thick mango milkshake topped with ice cream, nuts and tutti frutti. You can easily make this yummy mango beverage at home in 5 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Mango pieces
- 1 cup chilled Milk
- 1 tbsp chopped Almonds
- 1 tbsp chopped Pistachios
- 3-4 Scoops Vanilla Ice Cream or any ice cream
- 3 - 4 glazed cherries
- 1 - 2 tbsp Sugar or as required
- Ice Cubes optional
- Tutti Frutti as needed (optional)
Mango Mastani Recipe with Step by Step Photos:
- Wash, peel and chop the mango into pieces.
- Combine the chopped mango, chilled and sugar in a blender or mixie and blend until smooth and creamy.
- The consistency of the mango milkshake should be thick.
- Pour this thick milkshake into the serving glasses and top with a scoop of ice cream.
- Now top with chopped almonds, pistachios, cherries and mango pieces.
- Serve immediately.
